Historically, Fairmont’s hotel bars have been places where deals were struck and history was made – showing cocktail culture is about more than just drinks. The bartenders who lead these legendary bars have been shaping cocktail trends for over a century.
In 2015, it was the first time that we hand selected top Fairmont bartenders from around the world to ideate and perfect cocktails, together. In 2019, it was time to refresh. So we did it again. As in the past, the results are amazing – unearthing a new level of quality and craftsmanship.
Classics Perfected is about much more than just a menu – it’s about shaping and sharing Fairmont cocktail culture with our neighbors and guests consistently across the globe.
